A stereoscopic garage like a Ferris wheel

The stereoscopic garage comprises of 3 units, each with 9 floors and 16 parking spaces. 16 parking spaces are like "Ferris wheel" pods, which rotate inside and the owner can take his parking space down to one floor. Depending on parking building construction side introduced, if from the top down the car to the 1 floor, only two minutes and a half minutes.
